		<description>I understand where you&#039;re coming from, but wouldn&#039;t giving out that information be cause for panic ? 
Furthermore, Mumbai is a big city, and all cities have characters that are more or less &quot;suspicious&quot;, giving out a general warning to the population might lead to the police trying to respond to everything, and not having the ressources to react once the attack does take place.
Your thoughts ?</description>
